The topic here was to find a new function for an old salt factory. High qualitative salt reminded me immediately of haute cuisine. As a result, the new building aims at using the several areas for food purposes.
Plans and perspectives are made with Vector Works, Cinema 4D, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
In the center of Sel et Poivre, the light streams through the roof light directly onto the floor. Huge industrial design lamps are hanging from the roof down to the ground and connecting the three floors visually together. White volumes are giving a new comprehension to the space.
